She's proved to be a scammer and she's now retiring funds and not replying my answers. However i do have all the paypal info and relevance of the matter
He sent me several mails inquiring that she wanted to buy the account. She left me the info and i contacted her. But now that we finalized the trade she pulled back the offer on paypal and she just wont call back.
Here is her info according to her verified account.

It never ceases to amaze me how many idiots are still using Paypal. As a bonus, you also accepted an offer via PM only. Call Blizzard, do not use the webform and ask to change the email on your account, tell them you were hacked and do not know if you still have a keylogger on your computer.
Can you manage that?
