I'm a network engineer in the maintenance department of MCI.

I work on anything from physical lines like 56k, T1, T3, and fiber links as big as OC192's, to strictly data links like Frame Relay, ATM, etc. If it's telcom, you name it, i probably work on it.

The only thing I don't do alot of is voice grade shit, and uunets tcp/ip network.

I dropped out in the 9th grade, like dom I went to college and dropped out, only my excuse isn't coke, it's i just wasn't mature enough to take advantage of the oppertunity I had, I plan on going back once my divorce etc is finalized.

I make 50k a year.

Basically, network engineer. Microsoft OSes, LAN/WAN, Cisco stuff.

Started out 6 years ago @ $50K, now making $80K. 40 hours a week, occasional overtime required (maybe 2-3 hours a month). Salary, full benefits, annual profit-sharing bonus of 2-3% of my salary. Low cost of living city (if I were in the bay area-CA I'd be making 6 figures easy).

And SBC took a chunk of the market away from New Edge in California. Razz

I am a salesman for Frito-Lay and make 40-45k. But I won't be one for much longer, because working 10-14 hour days isn't worth it. I'm heading back to school.

Salary, well it's no big secret how much we make. I think my base pay is $1991 a month.

What is Iceland like? I've always wanted to visit.

I am a Sophmore in Highschool looking into a job so my parents don't have to pay for everything (and I can pay them back some)

I plan on if not getting a Scholarship to a school going into the Army right after Highschool. Then using GI Bill to go to College, this may be a while though.

Small Buisiness A.V.P. for Fleet/Bank of America. (name change in Sept).

Basically work a portfolio of small business clients & lend them money as well as provide cash management svcs. or anything else that their little heart desires thats related to banking. We define small business as companies with revenues up to 10MM. Most people would probably find it boring but I find it fun =p probably cause I'm a n**d

I just got a raise so I'm at 59M-60M then depending on loans & other incentives maybe 3M-4M a quarter

I am a Loan officer at a mortgage company in Michigan. I started out with the company when it was first starting up, and have been there 2 years now. In that time i have learned the business and become one of the top people there, i still hold the record for the most closing fee's in one month.

Our company is now in the top 5 in michigan and growing larger. Last year i made 80k and probably about 15k cash bartending. This year i have already over 30k ytd and still bartend at a club on sat nights where i make $300 to $400 a night. I think i should be able to make around $120k plus this year plus around another 15 to 18k cash bartending.

I am actually typing this from Vegas right now, here on a work trip i won for first quater performance. After 2 days of parting i had to get a way for a bit and go check the net and do some things =).

I'm a student working as OPS (other personel services) for the Sargeant At Arms of the Florida Senate.

Probably the coolest job I've had so far, get to meet all the Florida Senators and I've seen Jeb walking around the Capital a few times Razz Plus I stand in during session and kinda/not really help with security. So, I get to see what laws they are passing, and which one's don't pass, and why. Pretty cool. Even spotted myself on the local news once Cool

Only 8$ an hour, but that's not bad at all for part-time working as a student. Especially considering 80% of my time at work involves doing absolutely nothing.
