Not exactly. Atarom is from The Midnight Lounge, where people sip misty, purple drinks and talk about outer space while space rock plays on the jukebox.
Finigan is from Texxas, which is kind of like Texas except more like the Scottish highlands if black people were there instead of Scots. He carries a great sword (2d6 damage, +3 for his strength bonus).
