Tuldar and his bot... sofa king wee todd did. Grats BC on this member
I guess he figured that GM's are so stretched across the servers no one would ever show up to respond to petition. but.. noooo
THE GNOME was in.
Grats to those KB that actually won the loots and had them returned by GM Zalumbus.
no real drama, just a little brain dead moment by ebay #00868677473...and life goes on.

Yeah, it was confirmed by Zal to be Tuldar & Broxitx. And reconfirmed by Broxitx vehement 'claims' that Tuldar had been botting him. The items were returned as well.
As for 'punishement' hopefully a soultag on'em, but without multiples of those, not a lot will be done permenantly.
As for what will be done by their guild...we shall see.

we aren't sure if gm got to bronxitx and tuldar yet
this was his discussion to us after we had dealt with the gm...as far as we know tuldar/bronxitx weren't online when gm was but accounts were checked for the items and they were removed and returned to us
(apparently the logs for the looting were missing - not quite sure how that happened - zal didn't even know - be funny if our friend here was a gm and editted them)
really sad and it is really going to affect our stance on flagging non-guildies
we wanted to kill the mob ourselves but didn't want to upset anyone leading to something like this yet it happened anyway
i realize people want access to zones and if their guild can't kill this is the easy way...but our responsbility has to be our guild first
least on that regard we did really well...think we got all but under 5 people flagged including recruits, bots and significant alts

At this time Tuldar was not in BC but was raiding with us and being voted on for membership. So I doubt any guild action will be taken other then denial. I suggest Gnosh email spiritz@blackcompany.cc with any logs or other zalumbas info if he wants to make sure all parties are informed. I assume Spiritz will see this anyway and talk to gnosh.

I think Xammer already talked to BC officers last night but if you need anything more let us know and we can get you in touch with the right person/info.

To clarify:
Zal came on and said okay I'll check the logs. He was like wtf...there is no log of the behemoth dying nor of Xammer even looting parchments from it.
He asked us what exact items dropped and who we saw around the raid that wasn't with us.
He verified both items found on our friends and that they were new.
Loot was given to our members.
Why the logs didn't show so and so has looted x item are a mystery.

Broxitx did something similar when we raided vindi. It was some BC and other outside guild people. Aka Open Raid. Broxitix goes to roll on the vindi bp yes you heard me right. and he wins it with a 941. I need not say anything else, the thread fills in the gaps

Congrats MoKB!
I'm not an officer, so anything I say, is my opinion and mine alone.
These two aren't BC members. They have been raiding with us as part of our recruiting process and may or may not have the BC Guild tag over their heads -- currently. I hope you understand that we don't condone such actions as a guild, and I personally appreciate the info on these two. This thread is known to my guild, so I'm sure that the officers are fully aware of it, and will deal with these two in an appropriate manner. My personal apologies to MoKB on the trouble and headaches this most likely caused -- I've been there (had loot ninja'd on a guild raid) and it sucks. It really can turn a moment that should have been cheerful and full of guild pride into a time of b******g and bad feelings. I am glad however, that Zam was able to return the items back to you, hopefully, this will give your members some satisfaction and peace of mind.

After getting a tell from Xammer last night I attempted to send a tell to Zal and get confimation, its not that I don't want to believe Xammer, I'm just following up.
Zal of course did not respond and so I asked Bobbett our recruitment officer to look into it more. He's emailed Zal and upon confirmation those two will be dealt with as much as BC can do. Like several have pointed out with us they have only been raiding with us and starting the recruitment process.
Grats to MoKB and rest assured that we would never condone this behaviour out of our members.

Tuldar said the original owner took him back and went on a rampage. I couldn't see someone putting the time into a character start recruiting for a guild like BC and then blow it away by ninja looting some garbage. Doesn't really make sense, and its a shame for the current owner.

Kind of funny that guy would say the original Tuldar went on a rampage. One of our guildies knows the original and emailed him about the ninja and got this response:
"Just for future reference because I heard he was spreading this rumor.....
The guy that baught tuldar ,,, I dont know him what so ever other than the buisness transaction, we are not friends.. we dont talk, we are not buddies. I hear he is saying that he knows me well and trying use him knowing me to get places.
So pass it around if you would... the old tuldar and the new tuldar... are NOT friends..
Thanks guys.."
It's my understanding that Tuldar's RL wife still plays on the server and is someone of outstanding rep. I really have my doubts. Maybe someone in the middle ownership but I doubt the original. Course how could the original control Brontinx to? That excuse has more holes than swiss cheese more you think about it.
