Let me get this straight, it consumes TWICE as many peridots, and lasts LESS time than symbol?

Yeah. No thank you I think I'll keep my 800 points...

Paladins got the shaft for spells in LDoN, they are pieces of crap, saving two buff slots and losing hps is not appealing.

Since they gave me alot of undead to Slay though, i'll let it slide.

At least i don't have to sit and ponder over whether to get spells or armor with my points too.

"Paladins got the shaft for spells in LDoN"

shaft? why over power an already overpowered class.

Lucy says guidance takes only one peridot, while blessing of austerity takes two, is Lucy wrong on this one?

It only takes 1 peridot. If you goofball paladins would go read PoN Boards from time to time you would know these things Razz

That will be enough Xzander !! =p

Anyway, the spell has one use, and that is exping in a group with a Shaman as the healer. You wouldn't use it with a cleric, you wouldn't use it with a Druid, and in that one case where you would use it, it gives less stats than a 3-buff combination we can already cast, although it costs less mana.

Buff slots are at a premium, but not usually in a typical exp group... I would pay about 50 plat for this spell, and would never pay anything more then about 100 adventure points for it, so I will not have it.

Alright, that brings its use almost up to that of resist magic.

I have to disagree with you Derringer on the not using it with a druid. I personally dont like PoT9 and that is nothing against the druids. It is a great spell for casters, but I like my AoTC alot better. I haven't gotten the spell yet, but yeah I will probally get it eventually after I get all the 40 HP augs that I want.

It would also have the uses of while soloing as well, but then again in most cases like that yo could just go get a Virtue from a cleric and refresh KEI and go back to your mindless exp solo grind.

I'm talking about a frigging spell update in LDoN ya mental midget.. not the plusses or minuses of your class.

So do me a favor and go spend a few hours doing Adventures and upgrade your weapons to hate proces and 0 second stuns. If you think you got nothing out of this expansion that was class specific (which is what Paladins got, nothing), then you are smoking some really good stuff.

LDoN has brought you cheap, readily available Aggro... If you were smart, you'd realize that.

I was evaluating a crapass spell that was given to my class... I'll get over the fact that we got nothing in this expansion, as I still think we're fairly well off, but if you think Warriors got nothing, you haven't looked very closely.

I just wish I could get somebody to go to Guk with me. So far all my points are in Mistmoore, where there is basically nothing I want to buy.

I think it's a fair trade to become the most sought after tank in the game now with pacify and undead spells.

Also, I know everyone is high on MM and Guk for the undead, but Miraguls has some undead in it as well. Not as much as those two, but a fair amount in most zones.

Also, that Takish-hiz zone is almost completely summoned mobs.....return of the Sword of Runes, perhaps? Smile

LOL!

I f*****g love it when when idiots make pacify out for more than it actually is!

Like for example, I joined an LDoN group the other night and this guy starts b******g about multiples. "Wah wah, why don't you use pacify.' Your group never really knows just how much they suck until you have to explain to them that pacify caps out at f*****g level 55.

Thanks for the laugh buddy. Nobody gives a shit about undead spells or pacify. Paladins are the most sought after tank for their ability to quickly get and hold agro. Nothing more.

Yet Pacification caps out at level 65. Make the cleric or chanter pull Smile

Whoops, misread what you said, thought it said something else where you were telling him his caps out at 65, ya paladins dont get that, in normal adventures their pacify does work on about 1/4 the mobs or so though but its not all that great. Anyways, why are you bothering with that? All smaller pulls does is prolong how long the adventure takes to finish

1/4?? b******t.

I use cease and desist conveniently, they *also* cap out at 55! I keep them up for agro purposes because regardless of whether or not they land, they generate agro.

So far the only shit that I've gotten them to land on are the trap spiders that spawn when you hit bitten victims in mistmoore.

If a chanter or cleric b*****s I write down their name so I can intentionally avoid grouping with them in the future.

Pulling singles is a f*****g waste of time. It takes too long just so the enchanter can spend less time playing and more time letting all his f*****g wasted mana spill over FM.

It takes 45 minutes to succeed an adventure, it takes 90 to fail one.

Waste my time and I'll f*****g kill you.
