There are several others actually. As for other really light ones, there is one made by grand master halfling tailors, and one from CT tailoring, another one from your tradeskill trophy.
the other 10/100%'s are the abu box, darkwood trunk, tink bag(obviously).
Tobby is the only halfling tailor that I know of that is high enough.
