venekor (1:32:25 AM): I am unable to refund the money because paypal put a hold on it because you used someone hacked paypal account. I will forward this information over to paypal.

That is a copy of the AIM chat log. He did call, but blocked the caller ID information. Shortly after he sent the payment, Paypal marked the payment as unauthorized.
