He uses the same pictures every time of some high level account. Those are pictures that he stole from a different user. His method is half/pass/half/user. At the end he gives some name like x spawn x z. Which isn't even a user name. He won't log into the account or give the user name at all. He just wants half and runs or takes the other half and gives fake info. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!
