I'm looking for some links to good workout sites. I've been lifting for about 6 months and got some really impressive results, just looking to take it up a notch and get a good program going.

yeah, I found a ton earlier, but there are always those really great sites that google woulden't bring up without being specific as hell.
i'm looking for something like a reference table where I could click a muscle and see numerous workouts for it.

Right now my program is basically upper body 1 day, lower body the next. I just want to be sure I'm doing/not doing something that I'll regret later on.

I just found a stack of posters in my gym with every body part and primary and secondary workouts of that part. and it's in color!!
