k, I've always had pretty nice abs. Since I was about 12 I've had a natural 6 pack and a near 8 pack when I work out hard enough. This is because of a low body fat % and always working hard for muscle tone.
Lately I've been working my abs every other daydoing crunches, side crunches, body lifts with the rope (don't know what it's called) all on the incline.

So lately my abs are big and all, but they feel a little softer then they did when I didn't work them. So my question is, do I just ened to take a break from working them to harden them up? I don't want the big abs that stick out, I want solid ones that are defined and cut.

Is this just my body? Or can I do something?

You're putting on fat.

It doesn't matter how big and solid your abdominal muscles are, if there's a layer of fat covering them they're not gonna show and the first thing you feel will be that layer of fat.

Trim more body fat.

k, I've been drinking 2-3 scoops of protein a day. I'm guessing that's it. Looks like I'm down to one a day now.

It isn't my diet, I eat flawlessly and drink 8 glasses of water a day to flush the creatine out of my system.

My legs are 4% body fat and my arms are 7%....

Sooo........start running to to get more ripped?

What are you eating, when and how many times a day?

If you're working out to get ripped and eating to maximize your metabolism and it's still not getting it, be a cheater and look into something like Hydroxycut or Ripped Fuel. I know Hydroxycut really works with solid diet and exercise.

Also, never underestimate the power of a multivitamin.

It also doesn't really matter what % your legs and arms are at when you're talking about your abs. Men build fat stores differently than women , women primarily build it around their ass and thighs, men however put it on first at the midsection.

So if you're building any fat, it's not gonna show in arms and thighs, first thing you're gonna see go is your abs.

What is the average, or a good "waist size"? I am pretty skinny, but with a descent physique, and I am a size 30/31" waist. It is incredibly difficult for me to find pants or slacks in my size. Will working out, mainly bulking up(muscle NOT fat) help to increase my waist size so that I can find a nice pair of pants?

In the morning (8ish) I have a sandwitch, white bun with ham, cheese, and egg, and a glass of orange juice or apple juice.

For lunch (12ish) I always have one apple religiously. The rest is usually a ham sandwitch, a yogurt, and maybe something else. Maybe 2-3 times a week I'll have something a little bit fatty like a french fry with lunch. Never a bigass burger or anything fast food, though.

For dinner (5-Cool I'm usually pretty full because of protein drinks, so I'll end up eatting in small amounts. I go out to a nice pasta restauraunt or have steak 2-4 times a week for dinner, other then that I just snack around on fruit, a vegetable tray with ranch, etc etc etc. Usually all very lightly.

I try not to eat after 9:00 but usually end up eatting very lightly, maybe a couple bite size chocolate or a piece of jerkey. Sometimes I'm a bad boy.

Throughout all that time I'm drinking water.

Doing squats and overall leg workouts make your legs f*****g huge fast. I honestly think my legs have doubled in mass and power in the past 6 months, and I only lift them 1-3 times a week.

You need to eat 5 small meals a day.

The best time for carbs is in the morning...try a small bowl of whole grain pasta around 8.

Around 10 should be the midmorning snack...a protein bar or a handful peanuts...something small with protein.

At lunch (noonish) people are always telling me "OMG EAT A CHICKEN SALAD"...f**k that...I eat whatever I feel like...I'm young, my metabolism can handle it.

Dinner...grilled chicken or some shit like that with a steamed vegetable

Evening - protein shake...nothing after 8

Course this is just what works for me

Yer legs are 4% bodyfat like my d**k is 4meters.

You know the answer, more meals, same total calories. More cardio. Consitently.

If you're looking to improve strength and thickness of abs you may consider using resistance training. Work in the 8-12 rep range. This doesn't mean do 8 to 12 reps with 0 weight. It means do 8-12 when 12 is almost your rep-max.

Be lasy and buy a belt. Unless you really to build up. Then you have to build the rest of your body to match though.

I've tried a few supplements such as Hydroxycut, but found that

200mg of caffeine
8mg of Ephidrine
1 asperine

twice a day works best. Also, it's a shitload cheaper then hydroxycut. I will still take Hydroxycut (or Revxp) when I'd like to "curb my appetite" a bit (like when i go out for a big dinner), or like now, after the holidays.

Trust me, it is hard as shit to bulk up and lose fat at the same time. My only advice would be is to have your fats in the beginning of the day. Each meal must contain protein and complex carbohydrates, xept for dinner. ALWAYS take over 30g of protein and double of the protein amount in simple carbs after a work out. Always eat before you do cardio in the morning, but make sure it is high in protein because it enhances your metabolism. If you want to lose more fat, do cardio morning and afternoon.

Wearing oversized slacks looks beyond retarded and tacky.

Go to a clothing store and ask for the Italian cut. Also, www.bodybuilding.com is the best site for nutritional advice.

If you can find preban hydroxycut it's great when cycled, bad when abused.

8 glasses of water a day is a joke if you are wanting to get lean.

How in the world did you figure up your arm and leg body fat percentage seperately?
