Ive said it once and ill say it again.

There is no substitue for for a good workout. That means no additives.

Has alot to do with your metabolism too. If you hang around all day and eat alot yes you are going to be a f****s.

If your active and run and workout and eat right yes youll be in shape.

If you resort to additives your lazy and dont want to put the time into working out. Meaning , your looking for miraculous change in your body... and getting it via additives is not the right way.

There's no substitute for a work out - but after 14 hours days at work getting your a*s to the gym isn't all that easy either. I started with some supplements 2 months ago and it does give me more energy, enough to pack my bag when I get home and get to the gym a few times a week. Not sure how you react to ephedrine, but I wouldn't touch it - it made me shake like a leaf and my nose would run for hours.

I don't think Yellow was trying to be offensive..

However, Blobb is not fat in real life, I've known him since kindagarden, he works out reguarly, now I on the other hand, I am huge.

First off... a*****e. Are we talking about work?, working out? , or the fact that you are a firefighter.

I dont care about how much you work. You mentioned it. I dont care about you being a Firefighter. You mentioned it.

Comparing workload isnt relevant.... would you like to compare paychecks?

I simply commented on your easy way out as far as getting fit and building muscle. Taking enhancers is not the way.

Im not all knowing or anything but I do know that Ephedrine isnt really good for your heart from what ive heard. That and it is more of a drug used for weight loss. It does stimulate mucus like you said .

What he meant is that as a firefighter it's a very demanding job, demanding enough for it to be within the realm of possibility to be too tired to go to a gym without a little boost. It's not the physical work alone either, just the adrenaline rushes tire you out really fast also.

-Nah-

My brother is a Firefighter. The calls are demanding but it is not everday that you deal with catastrophe. Its a kick back job in the down time. Alot of studying involved. But when shit hits the fan your the first to scrape it off.

Paden, smoking pot is the last thing that would keep you from being a firefighter.

-Nah-

I don't mess with supps, I started working out about a year ago, gains are slow, but worth it... course I was starting from nothing...

However, I've heard that creatine is basically the only worthwhile supplement, do some research on it.

Make sure you eat right and don't overtrain, those are about the best pointers out there =p. See a good fitness trainer, not some quack, get someone with a real certification, like a C.S.C.S, certified strength and conditioning specialist.
