It seems JaGEx have changed the rules following a series of complaints.
If you have sworn in the past, you will be pleased to know that the blackmarks you get for it has gone down from 0.3 to 0.1. Coo boy1 is happy, his runescape account is finally unbanned.
Have a good look I only have 0.4 now (4 swearing offences lol)
