wtf.
i finish downloading porn and i'm immediatly uploading to like 6 people. i get most my torrents to a 3.0 share rating within 8 hours.
oink takes me like a week to get to 0.5 share.
WTF.
even if i seed the most popular torrent available it won't upload more than 25mb.
it's killing me.

The f*****s deleted my account or something even though all I had done for a week was seed the files I downloaded. I just couldn't get the shit back up at the rate it had come down.

While I usually keep my torrents seeded til i hit 1.0 ratio, f**k sites that *REQUIRE* you to keep a 1.0 or above ratio on total downloads, I like downloading shit now and then uploading it over the next 2 months til the ratio is there (course cable being shit for upload doesn't help in that regard)

I know over at Demonoid...they don't update your ratio until after the torrent tracker has ended. So you could torrent something this week for a few days, but the torrent tracker itself might not end till next month, thus it wouldn't improve your ratio until next month for the site.

Not sure why people join sites
I get almost everything I ever want from the non-registration required sites.
When I first started torrent'ing I joined a few but I didnt get better results on those sites (neccessarily)

Empornium is great. I keep it at .9-.75 and could care less. I sort by most seeded for quickest downloads, which means I seed for a long, long time before the d/l ration gets to 1.0.
So, whatever, I'm sub 1.0 and I could care f*****g less. I do try.
