seriously hit n run.
He lives in atlanta georgia and attends GIT. His name is David Joyner. His hometown is Tucker, Georgia. His birthdate is 01-30-87.
There is probably a reward.
I've tried contacting the Atlanta police department but none of the numbers go through. what really needs to be done is someone locally needs to call 911 and report it as a crime.
I know there are a few of you in that area, and if you could do this, i would be pleased. I will continue to try, but we'll see if i ever get through.

but if they have his name and birthadate they can locate him, find the make and plates of his car, and compare them to hit n runs occurring on nov 30th.
not too difficult i would think.

go ahead and call, you think they're gonna take the effort to track this guy down and make a case over comments based on the internet? it would takea LOT of work to prove it was him that even made those comments, and even then any half competent lawyer would be able to raise reasonable doubt; how do you know hes not joking? you dont, so why be a tool? THEN you have to physically prove he hit someone. no, sherlock holmes, his car having a dent is not enough, he could have hit a pole, or agreed to settle out of court. I know you are trying to do something good, and that scares me very much coming from this cesspool of miscreants, but you CANT provea g*****n thing.. now, not to tell you not to waste your time.. furthermore, you're comparing hitting a young child with rear ending someone? lol.

im 3500$ in the hole due to some one being a s****y driver and then driving off when my car is damaged and not theirs. Hit and run drivers should goto hell.
