i have like 3 old accounts that i THINK i have CD Keys for in my massive pile of EQ Jewel Cases i have lying around.
What's involved in contacting tech support and telling them that I lost my account password since I haven't played in forever and telling them that I have a CD key from the account?
Is it that easy? Will they require more information above and beyond the CD key?
Does anyone know this for sure?
Thanks,

If the accounts have been inactive for a while, i can't see you having any trouble getting them back with a few CD keys.
My guess is that they only want/need tons of information in cases of my friends brothers sister sold my account when i was away in london, and i'd like my account back, please!

When I had to get my PW changed I had to tell them CD keys, the first and last credit card used (last 4 digets only)... The persons name on the first CC account and the last one... It was pretty simple and fast. and don't forget to ask for the answer to the secret question if you have forgotten it.
