He has drove drunk
he was a f*****g CHEERLEADER
he bought a baseball team with the tax payers money.
He driving record just poofed in the air.
Let us rememeber his great academic recognition !!! A low C average at yale....
I could go on but that's all for now...

I don't think Bush did anything particularly exceptional (besides being your typical businessman) before he became governor of Texas 10 years ago. He was one of the most effective and popular governors in that state's history, though. There is no better qualification for president than governing Texas (with the exception of California...time to pass an amendment). Of course, few presidents really do anything that would be considered "exceptional" by presidential standards. Even left-endeared FDR only served a couple of terms in the NY senate and a couple of years as the assistant secretary of the Navy. Jimmy Carter was ostensibly more qualified for the high office (as he server as the governor of Georgia) but is considered one of the least effective presidents in history. So one's pre-office resume isn't a good indicator of a president's success. So, even though Bush's pre-presidential resume is better than most, it did not guarantee his success. He inherited the most difficult era in a century (possibly in two), and is very effective.

Kerry had a low C average as well. I guess that's not an issue though, because Kerry has....
well...damn...what has he actually done.
and yes...GW has admitted to being an alcoholic. To beat the addiction he started running. His marathon time qualifies him for Boston, and he started the 100 degree club. (Runs 10 miles when it's over 100 degrees with groups from the military.)
I admire the hell out of him for reconizing, admitting to, and beating a weakness. Not to mention having a qualifying time for Boston.

I am young and foolish. I will admit that much. I'm neither a Rep or Dem atm .. Both presidents are shit. I actually didn't see the movie F 9.11 but I don't know if i even wanna vote this year. /sigh, politics really got to me this year..
Gluck to either president. I can't talk down on bush because i know only a handful about politics. I have a long journey ahead of me but i'm looking foward to learn more.

While the rest of the world is content with pretending that threats to our way of life are non existant, our President is out there flushing those cocksuckers down the toilet.
Its time to stop hiding our heads in the sand and pretending the world lives the way we do,its a lie. Its a disservice to the people who live in fear and absolute poverty in the world. They wont overthrow thier despotic governments themselves, so its time someone steps in and shows them how the world really should be, to help them help themselves.
Instead of providing them with a fish dinner, its time to teach them how to fish for themselves.
This is why Bush is great, he is the alarm clock in the world that everyone should be waking up with.
