I doubt it's Photoshopped. I do think it's staged, tho. Working with a duck and a pack of ducklings isn't hard by any stretch of the imagination. Those ducks wouldn't fit through those holes. At BEST they would get stuck.

dunno the ducks are a little bit blurry around the edges while the other stuff looks like a back drop. Either that or the duck was hearing voices from god to drown her ducklings in the sewer. Either way we all win.

uummm...
as someone who worked for a vet and did work thru the animal rescue place...ducks fall down those friggin grates ALL the time...
there's a lot of fluff on a duckling and their bones are really really squishy when they need to fit into a tight spot.
Although it may be staged, it's very possible that the ducklings did take a header into the drain

One day I was walking home from school and I heard a bunch of baby ducks crying. After futher inspection I discovered about 7 of them had fallen into a drain like the one in the picture. So my friend and I lifted up the drain and picked them all out. As we were scooping them out some lady walked by and saw what we were doing. She was so impressed by our "good nature" she called the local news station and told them what we had done. 15 minutes later channel 11 Fox news comes rolling up. When they set up to interview, the lady who called the news station ran up, got on camera and took the credit for saving the ducks.
Stupid b***h.
Two nights later we broke her drivers side window and p****d on her seats.
