Aaaaanyways, seeing as im not mentally retarted, I'll state my opinion on the game. I played beta for a bit, and it is a lot more sophisticated than WoW. Better graphics, better gameplay, and more fun to level. Also, the PvP aspect which most WoW players are into nowadays is a hundred times better than in WoW. You even get experience from PvP! I think it will kill off a lot of WoW players... and tbh Blizz should have brought out WotLK by now, that would keep some more players around.

WoW copied Warhammer fyi.... Warhammer is like a decade old. Where do you think blizz stole 90% of it's idea's for Warcraft?
From Warhammer & Lotr & Dungeons & dragons.
If anything D&D and LoTR founded the idea's. And out grew a billion copy-cats... WoW just happens to have been the best marketed thus far as an MMORPG because Blizzard is a titan with heaps of cash, and lots of experience in the field.
Warhammer will succeed because WoW is old... everyone who's sick and tired of it is looking for something new.. (Warhammer) Additionally warhammer has like I said about a decade of dedicated followers.... Many of them have been waiting ages for this.
Age of Conan also lost a lot of people to War , who had only stopped over in AoC hoping it would have done better than it did, or were just killing time until War came out because WoW is old news... (Wotlk) won't save WoW's old subscribers but it will certainly attract new players and therefor likely help balance out the loss/gain ratio a while. Unlikely that many people who are sick of WoW will suddenly get interested just cuz of Wotlk. (It's still the same WoW) Whereas.... Warhammer is entirely new skins.. quests.. toons..classes... etc etc.... It's a big step up from just an expansion.. it's a new game.. whether it has similiarities or not.
Do you seriously shrug off all new MMORPG's just because they resemble or share characteristics of those previously made?? They make them similar for a reason... It is already established that they can be marketed that way because THATS what people want to play.
Anyway, Warhammer will do fine, much better than AoC... and in time.. possibly as well as / better than WoW..
What makes them hard to compare is the fact that they are two seperate games which began/and will end at two seperate times... Warhammer Online didn't exist when WoW first existed... So it's not really better or worse... But simply different. and newer.

War also possibly will gain a following of former DaOC players imo..
and DaoC was pretty successful and well liked. I think a lot of that will carry over to War.
Really don't forsee War doing too bad at all.

wow has been out for SO many years it better not have bugs.. even though it still does lul. but anyways who cares if warhammer copied wow a bit, obviously people like that style of play so why would you make something different?
