I got exactly what you need. Its an 04 character, I'm the original owner. Just passed 11m sp. Caldari as well. Account is currently active for a good part of the month. Has a fully fitted and rigged drake, myrmidon, and harpy. Currently in 0.2 sec space.
Mostly a pvp char but I did train up enough mining and drones to give you a decent head start with that as well. Let me know what you think.
