selling 2 5th gen ipods(black)30 gb need repair!

these two ipods both have a motherboard problem. they both have great working hard drives and lcd screens, batteries are working perfect, im not truely knowing whats wrong but when i took them to apple they said they needed two new motherboards. so im going off a mans word at apple.
