It was when he was in the matrix. That brings up another good point. If everyone's body in the matrix was the "residual self-image" or whatever (basically how people see themselves or something), wouldn't every guy in the matrix have 18 inch dicks?

the problem with that theory is everyone looked outside the matrix pretty much what they looked like inside it. So residual self image would have to be more then just how you picture yourself in your mind concusly, but unconcusly as well, and on some entirely difrent level which accepts no falsehoods.
