I dont, I use nero. burns cue/bin files just fine, and much less buggy than cdrwin.

be careful with cracks for CDRWIN - very careful
what will happen is it will say it has been registered but when you burn the CD it will NOT work and you will not know until you burn it of course and try to install........this is how the creator of CDRWIN f***s you over 
best thing is to get the latest version of CDRWIN and go hunting for cracks since he has not upated the bad cracks to his software

I use Nero as well just fine but I personally prefer CDRWIN for bin/cue burns
/shrug
