Contacted me about account, he never spoke more than 5 words and when he did it was broken english. When confronted about being a scammer he called me a derogatory name of a black person and didn't try to defend my claims of him being a scammer at all.

im gunna save complete gibberish some time.
i how ever didnt write this (complete gibberish did )
Send a letter, listing the paypal address and any personal info, to the house of the person buying/selling . Certified, registered mail
In the letter you put the following line

" I have initiated a transaction with XXXXXXX. XXXXXXX has submited paypal address 3333@33333.333. If this is a valid transaction, please respond via mail. If this is an invalid transaction, please notify me as well as paypal"

Now you have your butt covered as well as you have a Physical portion to this transaction, making it a sell/purchase that does not fall under the virtual clause.

Since I have posted this info a dozen times, it is obvious you have not read it nor have you ever researched how to use Paypal to protect yourself.

Your screwed, period.

Your only recourse is to initiate a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company over this issue as paypal is utilizing your bank as a 2ndary party as any funds can be and will be tied to any account you linked with paypal.

Your account ? Recall it. If you can't. slap yourself in the face for not being an intelligent man/woman of the new millenium of internet fraud.
