i wash my sheets every few days
put new boxers on all the time
and wash my butt with soap
and use oxy thingso n my butt
but i still have some pimples

Mix 3 grams of cocaine with 4 baggies of heroin and whack it. That works about as well for pimples as the shit you take to pass tests without studying or going to class for weeks at a time.

no amount of washing will help . some people are just more pron to shit like this than others
Dermatologist and get some antibiotics prolly give you a pill to take for a month and some gel to rub on your ass. Problem solved for like $70 bucks . 50 for the doctor, 20 for both the gel and pills
