I tried to tell him to relax and calm down cause i didnt receive the payment and im not going to give him the gps till i see it in my paypal.

He has a point when he says "If I was scamming you I wouldn't be talking to you" so maybe paypal is running a little slow and you're getting about heated for no reason. Wait it out.

Also i didnt logg of i kept talking to him and i still am talking to him...Ive sold rsc gps to 2 people already and they can vouch for me rite now if they wanted to.
