Meh, I'm glad I downloaded it, I would have been p****d if I had seen it in the theaters.
There was maybe one or two funny parts.

i have it around here somewhere just never watched it yet
dane cook is in it so it has to have aleast some good parts 
but as for box office it could be one of the best returns on the money of the year.
