He thinks that windows can KILL linux because of driver support.
He's that clueless.
First of all, most users of linux could care less. They use linux for a million other reasons.
2nd, linux is a server OS. How many device drivers does a server need? A true server needs a network card or 2, and that's about it.

Drivers for $75k SCSI controllers and other pieces of hardware is nice - but those are seldom written for WinXP anyway.
Someone at MS must have slipped Dvorak some $$

Dvorak used to be the man, but that was in 1992. His opinions are worth shit and his ideas even less these days.

Dvorak is an idiot. Sure let Microsoft just attach Solaris or BSD to Windows too.. what a helmet. People who use Linux as a desktop and not server OS realize that there are caveats with hardware but more vendors are seeing the light and writing native drivers for Linux. Hell all of my hardware sans my printer works just dandy. And I'm sure I could get the printer working if I wanted to hack away at something but I don't use it enough to care. Maybe we can attach to Dvorak to Willard Scott and he's suddenly be thin .. f*****g idiot..
