If you are comfortable using mmo glider i would go that route (make your own profiles)... otherwise download a quest helper with coords like lightheaded or something.

AoE instance grinding is what i found is the best, get either a level 70 mage or level 70 paladin go through the instances that are your level range about 50 times and ull be level 35 in no time then you can go to Zf for a couple levels and then Strat. i find thats the fastest

The fastest way to solo lvl involves having a bit of knowledge about the quests you have available and where to do them.
I stick to one area until its 100% complete (unless quests go grey and yield no xp)
Grab a bunch of quests at once - all available or until log is full - and sweep around the map pick off all the quests as you go. You'llsoon get the knack of it and be completing 5-6 or more quests in no time before its time to head back for follow ups/empty junk from bags etc.

I don't know if tap lvling still works , but I did it from 55-60
|

fastest way to level right now is to download Questhelper addon. =) bow to the one who made it.
