what was your biggest rush in eq? i planned a vox raid for literally months because I didn't want to f**k it up. (we f****d up anyway). but.. the day of the 1st raid i led, holy shit. 5 groups of people from all kinds of guilds showing up to help, it was awesome.
there were other moments but i can actually recall sweat dripping from my armpits during intense wc3, starcraft and eq moments. not really doom or unreal tho, you die so fast in those games it doesn't really matter. i do, at least. :p

I remember rotating on a few mobs on first attempts ( AoW, Emp, etc ) when ur body is actually physically shaking, haha, that was f*****g intense.

I get that way when I see a named mob up on track in a heavy population zone, mostly from the fear of someone else pulling it, or being ksed on it, or being trained and having to gate from it.
Also, anytime I pull something that summons while solo. Charm break usually = owowpainpain.

A couple of good ones, usually all first kills for the guild... First Arch Lich, then first AoW, then first Cursed and finally first Emperor. PoP stuff dies too fast, but I guess Bertox will eventually rank there...

But seriously the biggest rush I have had was when leading any type of raid into a place I really know nothing about!

not sure about rush, but one of best time I had in eq. I was just accepted to AK. I met Aztar, Blackrose, Abdula, Pixxie, Themy, Willis, Hilly, Ming, Ash, and many others......
We did Fear and went for CT, I bound my Wiz near CT's roaming area. We whipped out. And I helped corpse people. Dieing many many times , TEMPORS, dead, pull more corpses.....
Later ulthane thanking me for helping with corpses and stuff.....
( I had so much exp 'saved' it never moved my bar , even tho I died like 30+ times with no rezz's )
Back then I had fun playing, now I'm just bored to death.

when your camping a mob for 10 hours straight then he spawns and your affraid of dieing, but in the end you don't.

for me it was back in the Guk days of Vekril - when I was soloing all the spawns on the dead side way before Kunark
the first times I tried to solo the Arch Magi as a 50 necro, then when I finally adjusted my strategy and won, that was an intense rush because the fights were so close and it was the first time anyone on the server had done it (the same for when I broke Frenzied and Sentinel and solo'd those for the first time)

all the plane raids i did
tho the last one i did was hate very easy we had like 3 groups of 55+ it was fun i got indo leggs and gloves!
(was gonna get bp if it droped)

No doubt M().. Baja Oldschool here, Day one. Had the very first tower up by Minoc.
I was serious Anti for long time, Great Lord yada yada yada... Those fights were always Nail biters, the one and only game anymore that i believe needed true SKILL to be able to kill people..
And at the end of my UO life, Hanging in the Ice dungeon killing Ice fiends with my guild and having GREAT guild battles and stuff.
Most fun ive ever had in a MMORPG.. Eq is close but still dosent compare to Old school UO PvP. I left right when trammel was introduced.. It ruined it all.

first time i went into the basment of kruns tower , moles are scary at level 11.
First time we got the guts to drop down to the 2nd level of dalanir.
first time freenzy spawned for me.
porting up to hate solo and running all over hate looking for that stupid rogue book.
first time arry died
few other first time a mob died.....

Our first Seru kill was pretty intense. We had died to that sob so many times and tried so many different things before we finally figured him out, it was awesome to finally figure out the last details of the strat and just own him. I was so excited afterwards that I forgot to get my dot cured and died like 10 minutes after Seru did hehe.

I got my Dain 10 ring guildless, and with out having to dish out 125 k ;-p.
It was pretty sweet since the raid average was like 50 lol, and I had lost like 6-8 rolls for it in BC.

Naggy was huge for me. Leading fire giant raids pre kunark when they took 5 groups lol was a rush in itself

I remember the first time I went to kurns was on my lvl 15-20 cleric named Burma Ciriclight. I was trying to camp the Iksar Berserker's club. Me and this other cleric or necro or something camped it for like 8-10 hours straight and he insisted he would get the first one that dropped. I was just gonna ninja it, but it never did drop =(
Getting the hate book solo at lvl 50 or something was pretty intense too =/

Hahahaha Clev...that ringwar we did was pretty intense. But i think TAs first emp kill and getting AoW to 12% with 42 peeps back in the day tops em all.

I remember that AoW attempt. Yall were doing really good till like 10 %. Then all of a sudden yall dropped like rocks. Then yall went from like 20 peeps back up to 40 something and he regen some. You almost got him back down then meeatsu went down, then krumble, then it was over.

biggest rush would be one of these
Tanking Rumblecrush at lvl 59 or 58 ( pretty sure 58 ) and living to tell it. ( this was pre -pop)
or Winning A Willsapper out of 3 people ..
or
my first time in Tov... it was feking pretty sight..

how can you not have the aerin dar raid on there??
the guys saves the day the entire raid for that matter and he doesnt even count it as his biggest rush 
well that day is still my biggest rush hehe was all flush in the face, heavy breathing, hell i probly looked like i had just had **** irl!! good thing hubby didnt walk in the door right after or he would have been checkin my logs to see who was cyborin me rofl

1.Behemoth, because we were the first to do it on the server, and it was such a b***h of an encounter.
2. Awakened's first Emperor. All those months of buildup, races and endless camps were finally worthwhile.

I have to agree with Vord, Meeat and Qald. Our first emp kill was definitely the coolest thing for me.
The emp kill is followed closely behind with Meeatsu 1 tanking AoW and us having a flawless kill.
Being the only mage on Arch Lich and High Preist (when I was still a mod rod machine) was cool too. I was new to the guild and barely knew the strategy let alone being the only mage for all those healers.
Behemoth was fun first time..and you know that Agnarr kill was fun..not because it was a nailbiter but because it's a cool as hell encounter.

Thought of another one...back when we were doin Zlandicar I ran my level 19 druid all the way from Freeport to Zlandicar's Lair solo (before lesser succor). It was scary as hell and I lost level 19 in Siren's Grotto so I couldn't cast indoor invis anymore...had to sow/lev/invis in WW and then just run like hell in DN and pray that I didn't hit any traps or see invis mobs and that my invis didn't wear off. Made it on the first try and camping out under the big black dragon was a big rush.
