It seems like 30 percent of realpoor members are scamers and its geting annoying. Is there anything admins can do like ban ips? or make it one regestered user name per ip address.
That wouldn't work, a lot of people appear to come from the same IP if, for example, they're in the same dorm at college. Also, some people (such as myself) post from multiple IPs, some of which are shared with other users (in my case, Tizitchy, who is definitely not me).
Also, only 30% of the people who post on the account selling forum are scammers, the vast majority of, say, General chat, don't give a flying f**k about EQ.
Personally, I think you're an idiot if you buy an account from a random stranger and expect not to get scammed, but that's just me.

If he bought it back, as opposed to taking it back. what's the problem? I bought it from him, you bought it from me, he bought it from you.
the account was mine, I never said I was selling it for a friend. I just said it was a friend's account. which it was.
