What is a good idea to get my tailoring up fast? and about how much would it cost?

There is no fast way to get your tailoring up sorry to say, everything must be farmed for the tailoring trade.

Your best bet is the farm pelts and spider silk for skill ups to around 100, after that it's whatever you feel like camping a lot.
