anyone kno who i turn armor n gems into fer them armor quests 
this fer the armor quests in skyshrine, btw

Same NPCs, new location.
All the armor quest wyverns (xxx Fe'dhar) are inside the first door that you see when you pop out of the maze. There's also a book on a pedestal in that room that will port you back down to the pool room.

We was in HOT last night , must have killed 20 mobs with ZERO drops, they nerf SS armor drops?

Unknown, but Yelinak no longer drops his head or talisman.

Aluaeia, why not join a decent guild and get an HoT BP? you're putting to much emphasis on the thurg BP, when there is better and more obtainable stuff out there, granted, yes the HoT leather BP is rare as well, but you'd have better luck with HoT farmage.

I wouldn't wear either one though, I only want it for the click effect.
As for guilds... my playtime is rather erratic, and I lack the ability to go out and randomly ask people to group with them because I'm interested in their guild...
