hi guys its champy, i trade my 2 wow 60s for 610 dollers in paypal then he says i never gave him the item after he sends it. Can i sue him for this. takeing money that is rightfully mine??? because i gave him my acc and stuff. not going to post a name till i talk to him later about it... if he does not come on later i will post a name.

truthfuly using paypal is unsafe and you probably got screwed here my friend my advise to you is take your accounts back and use western union from now on its quite retarded how easy it is to scamm on paypal
and depending on what he told you, you could sue him for internet fraud/ identity theft...

what do u mean by what he told me... so just ingeneral i could sue him for 1 probabbly stealing a paypal acc.... or what do u mean identity theft?...as far as i know right now like an hour later who ever owns the paypal acc is saying he never autherized it......im gonna try to call blizz tomamrow. and maybe sue him

Well if theres no evidence its 30 day ban. Maybe as a supporter you should have spent more time reading through the rules and less time throwing your rank around at others.

i have no evidence because i closed the chat window to go to sleep. then an hour later i come back on and it says he is saying unautherized transaction. also waveing my rank around at others???? all i did was just put in the introduce myself thing just saying its nice that im a supporter now. I dont think i was showing off.

All you're doing is destroying somebodys trade thread by telling them its suspicious/scam. You dont have access to IP's, contact information or anything and i'm sure you wouldnt want someone saying you're trying to pull a scam. I could take a quick look in the RS section and post a dozen scams. Do i say "this could be a scam!"? No, because i dont have any evidence and dont feel the need to destroy somebodys trade.
If you think a trade is suspicious, you report it to a mod via PM (i am on at least 10-12 hours per day now to cover for people while we repair the site). The only time you will ever be permitted to say "this is suspicious" if it is a chinese grammar spammer i.e. "interest in u acc msn XXXX ; aim XXXX". Please talk to foempspeedy and he will show you the ropes (that is if you are by some miracle not awarded a 30 day ban).
You managed to get scammed by somebody with 2 posts, maybe you should have practiced what you preached. The fact remains you accused someone and failed to provide evidence. I mean, its not like there isnt stickies saying "no proof = suspended" and a set of rules explaining all this.

ok, sorry i distroyed trades i guess and flashed off my rank......also sorry I have no proof of my accusation. ( only because i closed my msn to go to sleep) No one even told me what i was supposed to do. i thought i was supposed to like look for suspishous trades and stuff. R1ky told me to help people and thats what i thought i was doing.

if this is what you all think to me give me my 30 days. I thought i was helping the community with some of my posts. IF i don't get the 30 days i will ask foemspeedy for the ropes on what to do and how to get better if he will even tell me.... he said sorry in his next post but it sounds like he is jokeing prob heard about the 30 day i might get. So sorry i messed up posts. was only doing what i thought r1ky told me to do.

I don't have a problem with anything other than the fact that supporters are supposed to be on the ball and more knowledgeable than the average member.
The last few supporters seem to have no clue how to avoid scams and such. I will go out of a limb and say that I bet hardly any of them took time to read any articles posted prior to the BD loss,relating to safe transaction procedures.

You have broken the rules I'm afraid. You have not supplied evidence, even more you were a supporter too.
At the moment I feel you do not deserve the rank.
