the problem with WoW is you can't do a real "show wow" thing.
The way they do the zoneless stuff is by having mobs not exist to your client until you're in "sight range" of them. The best a "Show WoW" would be able to do would be to track every NPC & Trade skill node on your mini-map. Possibly a way to expand on the mini-map as well, but... who knows.

Not to mention that at 42 i have yet to find any NPC that is farmable. There is no Lodizal style mob in the game, you cant just farm him for loot, if your not doing an instanced then the loot your going to get is going to be random or come off quest mobs, and instanced "showwow" would be pointless.

Dude, there's 1 VERY farmable mob that drops lvl 57-60 greens.
I hope he still drops them at least... gonna get my farm on when I'm 60 ^

There are still named elite that hang out in camps. You really notice this when your higher lvl then most of the server and either the first or one of the first into areas.

I think they tweaked the loot tables.
sure you can farm SFK at 55 or other mid range instances, but mobs will drop gren and blue items only when you repeatedly kill them. Just an observation
