well it DOES have recoveries, its for my protection, many of you have been scammed and obviously i have, it doesen't feel good, so this is what im willing to do. i'm a verified paypal user too, so you can chargeback and get money straight from my bank account. i rather not do MM, except if its bloody baron or other trusted mod.
