If you REALLY want it, you could have it for free. First you have to signup at WCD through their IRC, answer couple questions then you are in. After some time you seed there, be a PU and you are able to have a waff for free cause there is an agreement between the two.

Without telling someone your qualifications, how long does it take to get that job ?
Rome was not built in a day and trying to get into a tracker after an hours worth of mIRC idling won;t do it either.
