Is this your desktop, and if so, did you post it hoping that we would get a glimpse of your life and maybe see something of interest? pst
The Kate background is obviously there to confirm heterosexuality to us, the music player is open to Jay Z, an attempt to confirm popular taste. The chat screen is open so that we will see this desktop's user to be a "busy" user, always on the go, working on projects, chatting and listening to popular music simultaneously.
Lastly, the color scheme hopes that we will find it in taste, along with the user.
