hi i was so mad about the runescape wild and trade limit i thought about making my own game but i have no idea were to start maybe someone knows some good programs or guides i could use or read to help me out a little bit thanks!!!

Jagex use their own programs for their games.
If you want a good private server, I am currently in a beta test for one that is being launched soon. I will give out the link when it is public.

sounds good i didn't know that rs used their own programs so i have to make programs to make programs to make a game lol still looking around i found some cool software to make bakcground music

JaGEx uses a powerful programming language called Java. They use it in conjunction with their own Game engine and Java 3D to make RuneScape.

I don't think JaGEx officially announced there software... But if I were to have a guess it would be NetBeans from the Sun website.

I have a friend who used to make games. his program was called Game-maker, but I think this is just the basic of making a game.

game maker is very basic, it does all the coding for you, you just enter what does what etc.
fun though.

Well Jagex uses a programming language called JAVA. This programming requires alot of people to make a unique and wonderful game like runescape. For one, there is runescape, great people, great game play, awesome work put into it, but i hear most people complaining about the "NO PKING, NO PAY/PLAY".
For you to make your own game, i HAHAHAHHA to that... because since the owner of runescape started really small and grew as years progressed, he got alot of help from his brother/friends and now he has a huge "professional" team working for him. You cant just be an ammateour and not know what the programming language is about and start thinking of making your own account. It doesnt work that way, you need a plan, a brief outline as to what the game is ganna be about, and the rest of which you think you can just wish and there will be your game made up, just for you.
The second thing people tend to do is quit runescape, go play a thing called "Moparscape"
Moparscape is basicly a copy of runescape that is called "servers" now these servers, you can host them and be an Admin/Owner of your own server, you can get UNLIMITED P-HAT, $, MASK etc. anything you want.
It is very fun, but yet again you still have to know how to work JAVA in order to have a good server that people like playing in, and really enjoy sitting on the computer for 5-10 hours a day to put alot of work into your server.
Therefore, Suck it up, and play runescape with out the "PK" or join Moparscape. At the end, both of them have the pros and cons.

Game maker is very simple though. You should learn how to use flash. It is very fun to learn.

They use java obviously.. but I suggest a private server if your looking for something ike runescape... because they are a lot like runescape!

do not download any cheats programs. They will s***w up your computer. you can earn your stuff like this
wc
fish
invest in G.E
anything else you can think of.
