Noticed the Canadian dollar is catching up to the american dollar. The canadian dollar is now worth $.81 American (the highest its been in a long time) and last year it was worth about $.65. Just noticed it, because I buy alot of things on Ebay from the US.

Whats up? Just looking for a little insight

Hate to say it, but a slightly weaker dollar isn't a bad thing. It tends to boost sales of exports. Manufacturing, in particular small companies, has really made a comeback since the Clinton administration plunged it into a recession with the largest tax increase in history.

The Canadian Dollar has been on a steady incline in the past year. And the USD either staying the same or dropping i guess.
