oGame Strategy Guide info

Hello. As a novice OG player, I'm thinking of ordering the Strategy Guide from that ogametups.com website. It looks like a useful read, but I'd like some more information on its content before I shell out my hard-earned 20 bucks. So, what gives? Is it worth the time and money? Will it help me as a newbie to develop into a real player? How well is it selling ATM? Thanks for any information you might provide.

Actually, it's a nice book, but don't get too excited about it. Most of the info given there you can find out on your own through experience, or by just searching the web (and the ogametips.com website itself!) As far as I can see, it contains absolutely no unique, groundbreaking play that no one was previously aware of. Still, it's a nice compilation of strategies and if you like having a single, almost-definitive source, then by all means, go get it.
