oow sucks more than don as far as raids go. The only fun stuff in oow is mpg raid trials.

yes but see, OoW has lots of raid content that takes skill to beat. shit DoN was beat b4 OoW was.
DoN = easy way for ok gear(both raid and group)
OoW = challenging

OOW takes no more skill to beat then any other expansion. EQ is close to a puzzle then a sport. Once you figure out a solution then there is no real need to figure out another as the problem is solved. There are purists who belive that there is one "right" way to beat an encounter/event, however that is just b******t. If a guild can beat an encounter it doesn't matter how the f**k they did it because they still get the same reward. Progression and/or loot. If you can't live with that, then go to hell.

Adaptation isn't bad, Though we can't quite seem to iron man it yet (have to wipe/rez/rebuff at 5-10%, then kill it back down from 30-35%), Foresight is awesome, corruption is fun too, Hatred is ok, Endurance is kinda tedious at times, but specialization f*****g sucks.

MPG trials dont require skill, you need to know what happened and why and they are a breeze tho some are totally luck based.

Furthermore, the discussion is about skill ... which ... well.. doens't exist in EQ at that level. Chances are if you are doing King/Queen/MPG trials/Anguish then you have a pretty good idea about how to play your class and it is simply finding out a solution to the puzzle.
I'm sorry if you are disillusioned that EQ somehow requires a skill that not everyone can obtain, such as pro-athelete or even a pro FPS player. EQ does not require any physical abilities, infact it could require little thinking of your own depending on how you are instructed by your raid leaders.
Now Alu, I know about all the b******g you do about how Anguish sucks, but you can't honestly sit there and tell me that it is because pak isn't "good enough"... that would just be a silly thing to say.

My point is that when you were in TA on Xenergy they weren't in anguish yet, or had just gotten in, don't remember (but they still haven't beaten OMM, so I know you've never done him), and Xieroth is like still under 70 anyways. At any rate, you haven't beaten OMM. Neither have I. Whoop de do.
