i've looked all over, and asked around in game, where do I buy or pick up the plant nutrient potion for the wounded sapling in Oakmyst Forest?

nevermind I found it...but if anyone else needs help with this quest, you can go to Needleview or whatever that city is, go to the scribe shop, and click on the shelf there, and you can get the potion....took me forever to find it.
