Pirate bay, too much attention
And your "cracked ultimate" is a monthly deal, you have to keep reinstalling it if you wish to be current with any REPLACEs.
I am going to run Vista tomorrow on my new box. Wife loves it, It is ultima, a bit bulky but seems fine. SP1 in januardy will help a lot as well

A very easy way to get a legit copy is find someone still in college. The college bookstores usually sell it for about $5-$15 bucks.
