Oh, no, not another new player that need help. I think that there should be limit how many new players are allowed to enter the game. This has to be regulated. Why do you create multiple characters in that short time and why do you need multiple accounts? The best thing to do is to create one character and to play the game with that character. Moreover, if you do so, you will not need more character slots. Star Trek Online is played for a long period, so it is useless to create more than two characters. Delete the characters you play the least time, and focus on playing with one or two. You will be far better in the game.
