I got a puppy about a week ago. He's a pitbull, named O'malley and he's just about seven weeks. This morning O'malley, my alaskan malamute, storm, and I were sleeping in my bed, when all of a sudden I heard o'malley start crying and running around on the bed. I woke up and there was blood all down his face. What I think happend is storm was sleeping and o'malley started biting on her and she woke up and bit him because she was half asleep. He has a small whole threw his cheek and the vet said that in the next day or two we are going to have to get his molar pulled because it's cracked. The bill for the surgery: 500 dollars and that's not including the fee today, which was 108 for the emergency visit and antibiotics. Ugg, another day, another problem.

I hope not! storm is usually a friendly dog. She's in heat though and has been kind of moody lately.

Don't worry about it. I have a Pit Bull and he is the friendliest dog I have ever met. As long as you are not an asshat to it don't worry. Your dog will be fine.
