I never claimed it was the elixer of life. Just that a 20 oz soda in a bottle is propably twice what your getting in a medium soda at Mcdonalds.

Last year I was really fat, and I lost like 70 lbs. over the last year, and one of the things I did was switch all normal soft drinks to Diet, and now regular Coke and shit are too strong for me
