I actually went to that WM once, Kbarr, just to see what one was like...(yea, this was before I moved to AR)....little over an hour from my home at that time...

I despise Wal mart so much, The upper echelon of management and their thinking is disturbing. Wal mart is probably the WORST company to work for . I can say that after working there for four years.

I agree also. I worked there for 2 years in the early 90's while in college.

I don't understand corporations. They spring out of want and necessity. The more $$ people pour into a company, the more it makes sense for that company to expand. It seems like huge conglomerates like Wal-Mart, Time-Warner and AT&T are the result of a natural path of progress.
The only real way to hurt WalMart is to shop elsewhere. But why should you? If everyone shopped at Ma & Pa's Apple Barn, Ma and Pa would eventually incorporate, expand, and be another Wal Mart.
