zBoard sucks balls, or at least the WoW one does. Maybe the others for other games are better, but the WoW one is dung.

i use a zboard with the standard 101 key layout. or whatever it is. not the gaming keyboard. i like it because i moved my keys around dvorak style and i have the option of using gaming boards if i want to.
its a great keyboard thats not bulky or ugly like many of the keyboards out there.

I use IBM standard keyboards.
generic as f**k, but what the hell.
Once a decent wireless keyboard and mouse comes out that will let me sit on my couch, and play games on my tv, i'll switch, until then, f**k it.

wow .. that keyboard is AMAZING
i bet it is like 10X more expensive than even my estimate though ..
.. that would be so sweet to use to go back and forth between dvorjak with ... or to program to get it to display messages and shit on the keyboard itself since you don't really need labels on the keys to type

you could even have a hotkey button that brought up a customized menu of quicklaunch buttons or actions right on the keyboard
or if you were really hardcore, program it so that when you get an IM it displays the current highlighted IM window text on the keyboard .. if it was a wireless keyboard you wouldn't even need a monitor to chat over IM
so cool...

Logitech Elite Wireless + Logitech MX1000 = best wireless keyboard / mouse on the market. Just be sure to buy some rechargable batteries for the keyboard, it'll save you money in the long run.

I tend to stay away from Microsoft hardware, because after so many years they stop supporting it. Where as Logitech has always supported everything I've ever purchased from them no matter how long ago.

2 years from now when you lose the CD that has the software needed to make all of the shortcut keys function, you'll goto MS's website and get the FAQ about why they stopped supporting your product. It happened to me when I lost the driver CD for my Thrustmaster 2 Force Feedback joystick, and went to MS's website thinking I could just download them.

Don't try looking in the database of drivers that comes in every new version of Windows! They don't support old hardware or anything... especially their own.

Maybe I should of phrased that differently
When a keyboard and mouse exists that will let me sit on my couch, with my pc 10 feet away, and allow me to play games without having to worry about aiming them, about stutter, or about just overall s****y connection between them, i'll get one.

I have a keyboard from an old Gateway Destination (the ones with the 36" monitors). I took it all the way down to the end of my block before it quit working. Quite amazing they are.
At my old house I had S-Video out on my video card going to an RF adapter at the main junction of the cable television for the whole house. I could play games on any TV in the house without any problems (besides the graphics looking junky over a coaxial cable). These keyboards have have an input for a mouse... so you can use any mouse you want with it.
