It's amazing... People are even clicking on banners from realpoor. The other banners were getting about a 0.001% CTR and the porn ads get more than a 1% CTR (Click Through Ratio).
I'll find more so everybody can keep wacking off to them.

Just to show how useless banner ads are, I read this topic and I'm like "wtf, really? Where are they?" And then I had to scroll around till I found it. I guess my brain has really mastered the concept of blocking out ads if even porn has become invisible.

Open c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and add
ads.realpoor.com to the end of the 127.0.0.1 line
127.0.0.1 localhost ads.realpoor.com
This will stop the ads for you

No, it will work for everything unless you are using a proxy server of some sort.
This is basically overriding the DNS server entry for that one entry.
