Sure we can comment on it, that's called communication and is the key to society! If it's not our place to comment on a guy getting a **** change, then it's not our place to comment on the guilt of a morderer on trial, or a corrupt politician, or religion, or favorite ice cream flavors, or restaurants, or anything.

But you implied that no one has a right to comment on it, when in fact we do. If I was going to be rude, I would be slinging my opinions on someone getting a **** change, but I am not doing so. I am slinging the fact that if you don't like someone having the ability to speak and comment on whatever they want whenever they want to, it's a big dose of tough shit for you.
(not you as in you specifically, but you as in people who seem to think that people don't have the right to speal their opinions).

He is not a she. It was born a male and no matter how much you cut it up and change it around, a genetic test would show it as a male.
It is now a neutered male.

Auctually from what i understand... Lauren had Klinefelters(sp).. which means she had the genes for both.. XXY
which when you look at it, it's really her choice of wether she wants to be a guy, or a girl... it's really not clear cut.. was born with a "penis" but we really don't know wether it was auctually a penis, or was a strange looking thing.. that the doctors made into a penix =p...
if you look at it in a philisophical sense.. than lauren's a girl, because when (s)he matured enough to fully understand (his)her own ****, he decided that (s)he felt more feminine than masculine.. kinda like being a woman trapped in a man's body... or if someone who had the genes xxy was born with a vagina, possibly a man trapped in a girl's body...
nothing too horrible, and hey think about it... if you're not comfortable with her choice, or not secure with her choice, you don't have to pursue a relationship with her =p
